You get to talk directly to the technician who is working on your vehicle. They will discuss the options and undertake the repair that best suits your driving needs, the urgency of repair, your vehicle dependence and your budget. Our aim is to repair your vehicle while you relax in our customer lounge, but obviously the availability of replacement parts and the complexity of the work may mean we need your vehicle for longer. If this is the case we can deliver you to work or home.	Our brake technicians and branch managers have all undergone comprehensive technical training on brake repairs in our dedicated staff training facility under the instruction of a MITO* Qualified Training Assessor. Many of our employees are qualified mechanics, but they have all had extra training on the latest brake repair equipment before they were permitted to undertake brake repairs.		Our replacement parts are backed by a 20,000 km or 12 month warranty. We only install NEW products that meet with our Quality Assurance Standards and are designed to suit the vehicle and your needs. Not all drivers’ needs are the same. If you do a lot of towing or live on a hill, we will probably recommend specific friction pads to better cope with this aspect of your driving. We offer replacement or repair options at very competitive prices!
